Hot Pink FeathersHot Pink Feathers
Where Carnaval meets Cabaret — Hot Pink Feathers is the world's premiere samba burlesque dance troupe. These San Francisco-based dancing darlings are spreading the glitter gospel across the globe with their exuberant extravaganzas. From family friendly to delightfully risque revues, the Feathers entertainment themes range from Brazilian Carnaval, New Orleans Mardi Gras, French Can Can, Gypsy Cabaret, Tropical Sambafest, Bawdy Bollywood to Classic Burlesque and beyond. Whatever the act, wherever the venue, Hot Pink Feathers tickles the heart with their cheeky and playful spirit.

The Feathers are veteran performers of the variety show circuit and have countless private and public celebrations to their credit. The Feathers are in demand and have been flown in to Chicago, Madison and Washinton DC to add their spice to galas, delighting guests of corporate clients such as Wrigley, Yahoo!, Bacardi, Barneys, and Cisco Systems. According to Theatre Bay Area, their colorful, latin-flavored bump 'n' grind has made them "leaders on the scantily clad front." Hot Pink Feathers earned First Place in Original World Dance at San Francisco's Grand Carnaval 2005 & 2006. The Feathers were founded in 2000 by award-winning dancer and choreographer Kelly "Kellita" Garton.

The Feathers were founded in 2000 by award-winning dancer and choreographer Kelly "Kellita" Garton. In addition to providing artistic direction to Hot Pink Feathers, Kellita delights audiences with her array of captivating solo acts. Choose Kellita: in her Brazilian Carnaval solo; her retro latin showgirl number; her samba lounge shimmy shake; or in one of her more classic burlesque pieces: her feathery tribute to Night Train, her alluring Gyspy act, her sizzling Jungle number, or her humorous Bunny act (with option of Kellita jumping out of a life-size gift box!).

Kellita is also a member of Rococo Risque Cabaret, awarded Best Theater Ensemble by SF Weekly 2005. She has ventured a la carte to Las Vegas, Denver, Anchorage, NYC, Costa Rica and Honduras, leaving glitter and grins in her wake. Kellita was named Little Miss Aftershock for her outstanding shimmy-shake at the Miss Exotic World Contest and earned a nod to her main instrument of bump 'n' grind at the New York Burlesque Festival with a Golden Pastie for Best Derriere.
