New York, NY –. Gavin DeGraw, the artist Time Out New York called “New York’s Best Kept Secret” has just joined Clive Davis and J Records. Gavin, a soulful and stirring musician, lyricist and vocalist, has been writing and composing since age 8. Earlier shows garnered rave reviews from publications such as the Village Voice who boasted “He bellows out the best live rendition of Marvin Gaye’s ‘Let’s Get It On’ you’ve ever heard.”

Now signed to J Records, he will begin recording his debut album, which will be released in early 2003.
