Beyond The Wall - Pink Floyd show
BEYOND THE WALL formed in 2007 with the mission of not only becoming a "Pink Floyd" tribute band, but rather a "Pink Floyd The Wall" tribute band. This enormous undertaking has used the resources of all five band members, who have over 100 years of collective musical and performing experience. Their recreation of "The Wall" includes sound effects, visual effects and a scrupulous attention to musical detail. This reproduction requires such musical precision that it has only been replicated live a handful of times – including by Pink Floyd themselves.
With the 30thanniversary of this historic and epic album approaching in 2009/2010, the timing of this tribute seems even more appropriate. The Wall has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, which makes it the best selling multiple-album in history. Additionally, it was ranked #87 in Rolling Stone's 500 best rock albums of all-time. It is also regarded as the best "concept album" in rock history and it was transformed for the big screen with the 1982 film "Pink Floyd The Wall". What sets Custard Pie apart from other groups performing the music of Led Zeppelin is their attention to detail. The group focuses all of their efforts on the music itself as opposed to other acts donning the outfits, hair and stage persona. In addition to drawing upon the recordings themselves Custard Pie dissects various transcriptions looking for the best representation of the original scores while isolating key motifs and rhythms into live arrangements producing seemingly flawless reproductions of the original recordings. The group consists of top-notch players with a passion for the music of Led Zeppelin: Keyboardist Mike Palschakov, an accomplished player who recently worked with legendary guitarist Ritchie Blackmore until a death in the family prevented him from continuing, was also a member of the Doors tribute band, Crystal Ship and later played in Yesterdays, a Yes tribute. He is a freelance piano teacher and performs in a weekly residency at a private club. Mike has a degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University. In addition to Custard Pie , Mike performs with the Genesis cover band Foxtrot. Mike plays a key role in providing musical direction on the group’s arrangements and spends countless hours reading and transcribing. Vocalist Brian Caufield draws upon a myriad of influences including Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Miles Davis, Grateful Dead and Neil Young, the Black Crowes, Radiohead, Beck, Tom Waits, Peter Gabriel and Paul Simon. Brian's range and ability to emulate Robert Plant’s vocal style offer the band a striking contrast to that of other interpretations of Plant's work. Fans of Led Zeppelin expect no less than perfection and there are not many that successfully recreate the sonorous crooning of Robert Plant as Brian seems to do almost effortlessly. Brian’s passion for the music is effectively projected on audiences who seek to thrill from the melodious roller coaster ride of Plant’s melodies and expressive wailings. The band’s rhythm section consists of Kevin N@y on guitars, John Daggett on drums and Tom Santo on bass. Together the three navigate the driving rhythmical underpinnings that set Led Zeppelin apart from other bands to come out of the 60s. Working in tandem the three weave together the quintessential grooves that everyone grew up on, building their live performances into a frenzied state and at times offering a surreal experience of the timeless sounds. With over twenty years of playing experience they each bring something special to the table and an ability to scrutinize and build upon their understanding of the nuances woven into the fabric of the works of Led Zeppelin. The timing of the group’s rise in popularity coincides with the resurgence of the Zeppelin generation’s desire to relive those classic moments of the 60s, 70s and 80s. As the cycle completes itself it is a welcome return to something great that is lost in a lot of today’s music.

Rick grew up outside of Baltimore playing drums and singing professionally since the age of 14. Inspired by The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and most notably an early Rod Stewart when Rod was with Jeff Beck. “I’d listen to Rod sing “Let Me Love You” with my ear jammed right against one of the speakers so I wouldn’t disturb my mom and sisters”. After attending The Berklee College of Music in Boston, Rick never looked back, hitting the rock n roll highway singing and playing drums everywhere! He has shared the stage with countless top national acts while refining that raspy Rod vocal style. Rick naturally credits his vocal style to Rod, as well as a fondness for Paul Rodgers of Bad Company, and his all time favorite performer, Jackie Wilson. “Jackie was THE dancer before James Brown and Michael Jackson and could sing every note! I would like to think I have a little Jackie Wilson in my stage persona.” But it’s Rick’s uncanny interpretation of Rod Stewart that has mesmerized and even fooled so many in his audiences even to the extreme of audience members shooting entire rolls of film before they learn it’s not the “real” Rod Stewart! Always being asked in airports and restaurants for autographs and pictures, recently Arturo Sandoval, renowned trumpet player featured on Rod’s Classic’s CDs and DVD’s, was taken aback when he ran into Rick outside a casino gig. Mr. Sandoval’s comment…. “Wow”! Rick’s other creative pursuits lead him to start “Dreamland Studio” where he records and produces many diverse projects including his personal favorite,gospel. To date Rick has edited and aired over 120 gospel radio shows and recorded and produced several CD projects including Andy Pratt, best know for the 1970’s hit, “Avenging Annie”. With the resounding success of a jingle Rick wrote for a Hebrew National salami ad contest that gained national exposure from CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek and led to a press conference from Carnegie Hall, Rick began writing and recording jingles for radio throughout the New England region. He currently is recording an original CD with an expected release in early 2007. The CD includes a very early “Rod-like” ditty entitled “Sweet Loretta”, already a hit at Rick’s live shows. Rick’s “Ultimate Tribute to Rod Stewart” is performing to thousands throughout the USA including performances for: L’Oreal Cosmetics, Make A Wish Foundation, Turning Stone Casino, Mercedes Benz, Foxwoods Casino, Van Cliburn Foundation, American Heart Association, Caesar’s Palace, B.B King’s, Harrah’s Casinos, Trendbank-Brazil, Firelake Grand Casino, Empire Raceway and Casino, Volunteers of America. Additionally, Rick performs many philanthropic events supporting community fundraising efforts throughout the United States.

James Begley from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Is a multi-award winning, High Energy Elvis Entertainer that covers Elvis' entire career from the Rockin 50's, the Army/Movie years, the 68 comeback right to the Amazing Vegas Years.
James portrays Elvis in an honest manner, paying close attention to the sound and movement that Elvis had in all his different eras as well as striving to recreate some of the breath taking excitement that Elvis caused while performing one of his more upbeat numbers.
Although only paying tribute to Elvis for a short time, James has burst on to the Legends scene like no other. With his close resemblance to Elvis, his natural charm and charisma and of course his undeniable talent, James has quickly become one of the most sought after and busiest entertainers in the industry.
James' love of Elvis began at a very early age. One of James' 1st memories as a child is seeing an old 50's looking mic set up in a church hall, James than proceeded to the mic to belt out the 1st verse of Heart Break Hotel. Like many Elvis Tribute Artist's, James owes his great love of Elvis to his mother who is just about the biggest Elvis Fan in the world and also an avid collector.

STONED IMMACULATE- A Celebration Of The Doors, is a Premier Doors Tribute Act. We use much of the same vintage equipment used by the Doors in the 60's in order to produce that magical sound. Just as the Doors were the first band to incorporate film into a live performance, we also have a complete psychedelic projection show with a professionally shot and edited dvd show available for selected gigs.
