Tribute artists use wigs, clothing, mannerisms, speech and their voices to impersonate famous celebrity vocalists. In small events, backing music tracks are used and larger events will often use live bands. I am a singer and guitar player who has toured and performed professionally as a soloist, duo and full band member for many years. I began doing Impersonations a few years ago, influenced by a friend who had performed as Roy Orbison in Las Vegas for several years. That friend now lives back in the Detroit area, and we also perform as The Everly Brothers.
