Splashing Violet
Splashing Violet is a female fronted rock band from South Jersey, based right outside of Philadelphia, that embodies the power of change and variety. The band's love and appreciation for many different musical styles is very evident in their collective rock sound. The group was founded by songwriter and vocalist Lisa Cavallaro. The lineup also includes Kristian Tapia Lead Guitar, Rich Spoltore Bass and Anthony Liberto Drums. Splashing Violet's influences range all over the pop rock spectrum from The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Zappa, The Monkees to Metallica, The Mars Volta, No Doubt, The Smashing Pumpkins and Rush. The band simply enjoys music and is very passionate about writing and performing their own music and creating their unique sound.
