As a member of the Federal Reserve Board from 1986 to 1994, Dr. Wayne Angell is well qualified to provide insights on the nation's economy and the Board's role in balancing growth, inflation, and full employment. During his term, he chaired a number of key committees, including the G-10 Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems.
