Pat Alea is a business and community leader, with 20 years experience in marketing, training, and speaking on generational-related issues. Through the integration of direct marketing, publications, training programs, and special events, Pat has helped clients significantly increase revenues and embrace innovation as a core value.

Her dynamic, multimedia presentations are rooted in a "values-based marketing" approach. Packed with well organized and practicable information pertinent to the industry or business she is working with, her keynote addresses and breakout training sessions are stimulating as well as instructive.

Based in the Midwest, Ms. Alea has been closely allied with the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She was Assistant Executive Director of the Wisconsin Alumni Association and continues to teach part-time in the School of Business. Speaking platforms have included the Big Ten Executive Leadership Institute; the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education; Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs.

In addition, Pat is featured monthly on public radio entitled "Careertalk." Her book on life-long career strategies, which will be published this fall, draws from years of experience working with health and human service providers. This book addresses the changing work economy and shifting attitudes as they are affected by the longevity revolution.

Her numerous community achievements include implementation of Title IX equal education opportunity mandates; two terms as board president of Wisconsin Public Radio Association; president of the American Marketing Association, Madison Chapter; and appointment to the Economic Development Commission.

Ms. Alea earned an M. A. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and a certificate from the Kellogg Executive Management Institute, Northwestern University
