He served in vice president positions at McDonnell Douglas and Lockheed corporations, then spent 10 years as vice president and director of global and organization development at Motorola, where he became architect of their highly-respected renewal process. Winston then went on to Rockwell International, where he helped set the future direction, strategy and structure, enabling the firm to transformed itself from a diversified company into one that is focused predominantly on commercial electronics markets with global leadership positions in automation, semiconductor systems and avionics and electronics.
