Mari is a practicing lawyer, mediator, author, management trainer, consultant, professional speaker, and she teaches negotiation skills at the university level. She also conducts continuing education courses for lawyers. She has worker in a district attorney's office, was a highs school teacher, school board member and educational consultant. Mari has written numerous articles and three books in the areas of her expertise. Her strength is helping individuals and organizations to be more effective in what she calls "solutioneering." She is powerful, yet gentle…she believes the goal in negotiating is to have a "win-win" result to build relationships with all [parties. She feels the desire to be a dolphin rather than a shark.
