Jack Jackson is all about movement - the kind that propelled him to the top of the airline industry. He was one of the first to bring jet aircraft technology to commercial airlines when he was recruited by American Airlines to train their pilots, engineers, maintenance, sales, and technical people. Soon after arriving at American, the airline recognized his unique ability to analyze and solve problems, to understand and respond to change, and to communicate with diverse audiences. He was then deployed as the airline's Goodwill Ambassador Extraordinaire, a highly visible position aimed at communicating with internal and external audiences nationwide. Today, Jack Jackson challenges and inspires audiences on the topics of change, customer focus, quality, and teamwork.
