Brian Muldoon is one of the nation's leaders in the field of negotiation and conflict resolution. He is the author of The Heart of Conflict, a compelling account of the four universal "meta-strategies" for successfully managing conflict of any kind, from arguments at home to major international disputes. Muldoon left a successful law practice in the early 1980s to co-found one of the nation's first private mediation firms. He has helped settle multi-million dollar lawsuits and massive environmental controversies and has established programs for dealing with gang violence and the devastation of divorce.
