A teacher, speaker, researcher and writer, Anita Hill has earned international prominence as an authority on race and gender issues, especially as they affect the workplace.

Professor Hill’s speeches consistently attract capacity audiences to hear her discuss recent social and legal gains for women and minorities and the challenges that still face today’s managers and employees. Professor Hill brought the issue of sexual harassment to the forefront of the national agenda. Professor Hill is the author of a memoir, Speaking Truth to Power, which includes her reflections on her testimony in the 1991 nomination hearings for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. She is completing a book on race and gender issues in the ‘90s.
