After making a name for herself in hit British television show Grange Hill, Michelle Gayle's career as an actress and then a singer went from strength to strength.

She starred in the long-running BBC show Eastenders, then enjoyed chart success as a solo artist. Her hit singles included Sweetness, Happy Just To Be With You, and Looking Up.

London girl Michelle reached the final of tv show 'Reborn in the USA' in 2003, pipped to victory by former Spandau Ballet singer Tony Hadley. Television appearances, film work and more music have followed for Michelle. She has acted in tv shows 'Doctors' and 'Holby City' and has made guest appearances on tv shows Trisha, GMTV, Loose Women, This Morning, I Love 1980's, I Love 1990's and TFI Friday.

She has been filming this year for Joy Division, a film set for release in 2006.

Michelle is available for solo performances as a singer, guest appearances and film/television work.
