Mike Krzyzewski
He has played an active role in international basketball, serving as assistant coach of the 1992 Olympic team – the famed "Dream Team," and as the US head coach in the 1990 Goodwill Games. He has earned wide recognition, including 4 National Coach of the Year awards by major organizations, and the Sporting News’ Sportsman of the Year award in 1992, the first college coach to ever win that honor. He is the incoming President of the NABC for 1998-99 and is also involved with several community groups, including the Duke’s Children’s Hospital. He is author of "Leading with the Heart: Coach K's Successful Strategies for Basketball, Business, and Life.
