Conjunto Sabrosura is founded by Cuban Band Leader, Composer and Producer Ihosvany Negret by late 2012. Using as a starting point his experiences in his native Cuba, Ihosvany focused all his energy in creating a musical concept that is characterized by the fusion of the explosiveness of New York’s Salsa with the cadence of Son Cubano. The clear and powerful voice of the Cuban singer Mayte Perez and the vast experience of ten incredibly talented musicians, position Conjunto Sabrosura as one of the new revelations of the Latin Music Movement in general. The band structure is accentuated by the horn section which includes four trumpets (Sonora Style), the Conjunto Sabrosura is an explosion of musical adrenaline with the combination of a sharp rhythm section combined with the catchy melody of metals. This group, affectionately dubbed "The New Ambassadors of the Old School Salsa" intends to continue waving the flag of the musical genre that identifies our Latino culture throughout the world: La Salsa.
