After breaking away from Little Joe Y La Familia, Tony "Ham" Guerrero formed the “Tortilla Factory,” a band that set the standards in the industry with high energy, high caliber shows. In 1973 the band’s
albums were on the top 10 of the Billboard charts. 20 albums later, the Tortilla Factory has attained legendary status among fans
and other musicians. Ironically, the Berklee College of Music uses the Tortilla Factory’s music in it’s Jazz Theory classes. After
a 23 year hiatus, the band released “All That Jazz” to critical acclaim and a nomination in the 51st annual Grammy Awards
