The Reverend Raymond Walters, only one of a few current social activist ministers who addresses many areas of racial, social & economic injustice. The Reverend Walters is the only man in America to have held membership in the Prince Hall(African-American) masonic grand lodge system and the mainstream(Caucasian) grand lodge. He has served as a Grand Lodge officer in both organizations. He is the only man required to take the degrees twice in violation of ancient rules of the masonic fraternity due to the long-standing racism still practiced un-officially in America. He has written numerous articles and papers that touch on every possible area of life, while showing how to keep positive in the face of adversity. The Reverend Walters has served in the United States Air Force(22 years active & reserve), having been awarded the Airmans Medal for Heroism, Silver Star, Bronze star with Valor device, the Purple Heart with oak leaf cluster and the Prisoner of War medal. He spent 7 months 28 days as a POW, having escaped twice as a cover to aid others in successfully escaping.
